Resolving Incorrect Configuration on Shipped Equipment
If newly delivered equipment arrives with incorrect or incomplete configurations, we understand this can disrupt your deployment timelines. Our operations team aims to pre-configure all devices according to your specified requirements at the time of order.
First, review your original purchase order or provisioning document to confirm the requested configuration settings (e.g., firmware version, network parameters, user access levels). Compare these to what’s active on the device using the local admin panel or initial login interface.
If discrepancies are found, email provisioning@company.com with your PO number, a list of affected devices (serial numbers), and the configuration issue observed. Most configuration errors can be corrected remotely via a push update, while others may require on-site reconfiguration or return for reimaging. Our support team will work with you to identify the fastest resolution path, typically within one business day.
