How to Perform a Firmware Update

Firmware updates improve product performance, fix bugs, and add new functionality. We recommend all partners install firmware updates promptly to ensure compatibility with connected systems and future releases.

To begin, download the latest firmware file from our support portal under the “Downloads” section for your product model. Unzip the contents and transfer the file to a formatted USB stick or upload via your admin dashboard, depending on your product type.

Follow the on-screen or manual instructions provided in the firmware README. Do not power off the device or disconnect it during the update. Once complete, restart the system and verify the version under Settings > About Device. If you encounter errors, contact support@company.com with the update log file attached.
