Returns for Damaged Product
If you receive a shipment containing damaged items, we're here to resolve it quickly and efficiently. Our damaged goods policy applies to any products that arrive defective, broken, or unusable due to transit-related issues.
Please inspect all items upon delivery and report any visible damage within 14 calendar days. Email support@company.com with your purchase order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damage and packaging condition.
Once approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label for the affected goods. Replacements will ship immediately (pending stock availability), or we’ll issue a credit memo for your account. For large claims, a rep may follow up to coordinate pickup or disposal of items.
