Exchanging Unopened Cases
We understand that inventory needs can change. If you’ve ordered the wrong size or variation, unopened product cases may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery—subject to approval and availability.
To request an exchange, contact your account manager or email exchanges@company.com with your order details and reason for exchange. The items must be in their original condition with seals unbroken and packaging intact.
Once approved, we'll issue an RMA number and shipping label for the return. When the original product is received and inspected, your replacement order will be processed. Please note, return shipping costs may be deducted unless the exchange was due to a fulfillment error on our part.
