B2B Return Policy Summary
Our B2B return policy is designed to be flexible while supporting inventory protection and quality control standards. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible products in original, resellable condition.
To initiate a return, log in to your business account and visit the Orders section. Select the relevant order and click “Request Return.” You’ll be prompted to enter your reason, upload any necessary documentation, and choose whether you’d like a refund or store credit.
Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a shipping label. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods. Items that are opened, customized, or marked final sale are not eligible for return unless defective.
