Handling Backordered Items
From time to time, certain SKUs may be temporarily out of stock due to high demand or supplier delays. We work proactively to minimize disruption and keep you informed at each step of the process.
When an item is backordered, you will see an estimated restock date during checkout. Orders containing backordered items can be held for complete shipment or split based on your preference—just indicate this in your order notes or reach out to support@company.com.
If delays extend beyond 10 business days, our team will follow up with available substitutions, refund options, or partial fulfillment. You can also subscribe to stock alerts for any item in your account portal to receive real-time updates on availability.
