Shipping Timeframes for B2B Orders
Understanding lead times is critical for keeping your operations and inventory on track. Our fulfillment process is built to support both standard and high-volume orders with transparency and consistency.
In-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched. If any item is on backorder or part of a pre-sale, we’ll notify you within 24 hours of submission, along with expected restock dates and alternatives where available.
To avoid delays, we recommend reviewing your order status via your B2B account dashboard. For urgent shipments, expedited processing is available upon request. Contact your account manager or our logistics team to flag time-sensitive deliveries.
