Order Confirmation & Processing Timeline
Once you submit a wholesale order, the system immediately generates an order confirmation and estimated shipping date. You’ll also receive a digital invoice with full line item detail for your records.
Our fulfillment team begins processing orders the same business day when placed before 2 PM local time. Standard processing takes 2–4 business days. Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking number and freight details, depending on the delivery method selected.
If your order contains items that are backordered or part of a pre-order batch, you’ll be notified within 24 hours of submission. You can choose to split the shipment or wait for the complete order. For expedited processing, contact your account rep directly or email support@company.com.
