Invoice and Net Payment Terms
We offer flexible billing options for approved wholesale and corporate partners. By default, all new B2B customers are set up for prepayment via credit card or ACH. However, businesses with a strong payment history may apply for Net 15 or Net 30 terms.
To request invoicing terms, submit a credit application through your account manager or email finance@company.com. Approval is subject to credit checks and business references. Once approved, invoices are due in full by the agreed due date and must be paid by ACH, wire transfer, or company check.
Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. To avoid disruptions in fulfillment or future orders, we recommend setting up automated reminders or submitting payment confirmations once processed. Our finance team is available to assist with reconciliation and payment scheduling.
