Adjusting or Cancelling Auto-Reorders
You can modify or cancel any recurring order directly from your dashboard. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled shipment to avoid processing fees.
To adjust quantities, delivery dates, or product SKUs, click “Recurring Orders” and select “Edit.” To cancel completely, click “Cancel Recurring Plan” at the bottom of the order page. A confirmation email will be sent immediately.
